An initial clean-up service will be the very first cleanup of your yard. Given this is the first time cleaning your yard, the process usually takes longer because we ensure every area is meticulously cleaned and inspected. We charge a one-time free for this service, leaving you with beginning of a Clean and Poop free yard.
Yes, we sanitize our own equipment between every job to ensure the safety of our pets and to prevent the spread of any bacteria.
We double bag the pet waste and will throw out in your garbage can. We do offer a Haul Away service, which is only $3 additionally per visit.
Yes! Dogs need to poop year round, and we will continue to scoop. Depending on weather conditions we might reschedule your visit.
No, we do not require you to be present at the time of service. As long as we have access to the yard, we should be able to complete the job.
